WHEN WE FIRST CRAFTED OUR MENU A DECADE AGO...

We knew we wanted to continue the relationships with local farmers and premium purveyors that were built over ten years in “fine dining” restaurants.  Also, we wanted to emphasize the seasonal quality that has always made Southern food special. So, over the years, we’ve steadily maintained a mix of old favorites and of-the-moment specials sourced from trusted fishmongers, farmers, dairy barns and butchers.
